Tickle Monster

Dabbity-do-da (a.k.a. Gavin) loves to play with his daddy! He's our rough and tough guy - but is still a major mama's boy (and titty baby!)

Karate Kid

Greyson's 3rd B-day party was at Zio's (Uncle Jason's) karate school. We had a blast and the kiddos loved being little karate kids!

I'm 3!

Here's our big boy! We can't believe he's 3! Greyson is such a great big brother - he REALLY loves Gavin. He always has something to say - and "why?" is his favorite word! I love seeing the world through Greyson's eyes.

Cousins

Baby Rosalie (our cousin) came to stay with us for a few days during the hurricane Ike evac. She is such a perfect baby - why didn't I get one of those!! We had a blast and no major damage out the Carter home. We love you Rosalie Anne!

The little scientist

We started a butterfly farm this past summer ('08). Greyson loved collecting the caterpillars and watching them grow. We were amazed one morning to wake up and find our first butterfly! Gavin on the other hand just wanted to squish them!

Ol' blue eyes

Isn't he so very handsome - I think he'll be a lady killer some day. If he can detach himself from his mommy first! Gavin was lovin his first watermelon this summer.

Summer Fun

Greyson enjoying his 10th piece of watermelon at Bella's house. We had a great time playing in the water with all of our cousins!

"Ba da Burder!"

Oh, he was so excited to see Bob the builder at Chucky Cheese's (Greyson's actual B-day). Anytime the Bob music comes on - Gavin darts into the living room and boogies down (singin "Ba da Burder!"

The DABS

Gavin enjoying a summer morning in our backyard. He and Greyson are little outdoorsmen which I love....and hate (every outing requires a bath to follow b/c they are TRULY boys).

Finally

Well - I'm finally doing my blog...I did start one when Greyson was a baby (check out www.ilovegreyson.blogspot.com), but once Gavin came along - it was all about survival! I'm just getting 2006-07 pics into albums - man, am I a GREAT mommy or what?!? Oh well...good thing I have boys because they'll probably never crack open their baby journals or pics. SO, I've decided to start fresh. I'm hoping I can keep family and friends up to date with how the boys are growing and share some of our funny family moments.
